Charging Station Replacement in the Planned Implementation

In the planning feature, we should be able to more easily change a charging station specified along the route. It would also be better if we could manually adjust the charging percentages at the planned stations and have the route recalculate accordingly. In short, we should be able to manually adjust the planned route more easily.
