Plan to include pre-conditioned car

When planning a future trip, it needs a button or something to say that the car will be pre-conditioned for departure.

Otherwise the plan is using the current status of the car when planning a future trip.

I know you can change it in settings - but it needs to be on a per trip basis.

So just add a toggle to the start point so the user can say whether they intend to pre-condition or not prior to departure.
