Plan button does not appear

The normal planning panel with destinations, +add stop, Car card does not include the options and plan buttons below, so the app is of course unusable. Have tried update, cache clear, phone restart, rotating and changing display zoom. In the latter two cases plan button appears momentarily then gone again.
