When I first started using ABRP with a connected OBD, the SOC showed on the app ranging from 5 - 95% (when the car reported 0 - 100) When I look at the OBD live data I see there are 2 variables for SOC. One called “soc” and another called “soc_bms”. I assumed the app was showing soc, so edited this variable to “(soc_bms - 5) / 0.9” in the PID editor. Testing the PIDs works fine and everything is saved and it seems to work well. But when I get back into the car for a new journey and fire up ABRP, it shows the old values again… unless I go into the editor and retest the variables, which then “reminds” the app to use the edited values.
What am I doing wrong? The PIDs are saving ok but the app doesn't seem to read them by default.
I just want the app to show the same SOC as the car is showing.
