Picture-in-Picture support to overlay data on other navigation apps

Since android 8 there is PIP support as described here:
https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/picture-in-picture

It should be possible to overlay content on other apps, so we could overlay soc relevant data on google maps for example.
