Phone with Chinese ROM
I recently switched to an Oppo Find Find N2 running ColorOS 16. This phone only comes in a Chinese ROM. At first a few things would not run properly, but I got them all working. The only thing that isn’t working properly on my phone is the ABRP app. It will not “speak.” The app will not see the two different voice Engines I have installed. Any suggestions?

Thank you for trying. Are there any logs I can send you that would point to the issue?
Love your product. I work for Audi and really should be pushing the built in Audi Nav system, but yours has some features that just work better. (When it works)

Hello Jeff - unfortunately, we are not able to support non-Google Androids. I’m happy you got it to work this far!

My phone is running Android with Google services. It’s not an Huawei, which doesn’t have Google services. The Google App store, and all other apps and services work great, except yours. Your App is the only one I am having problems with.
Can you suggest anything I could try? I am paying for your software, I just purchased a second year of service. And I can’t use your software with voice navigation.
Google Text to Speech engine is installed and working for other apps.

Hello Jeff - we are using standard libraries to access the text-to-speech engine of the phone, and we a re not sure why it does not work in your case. Unfortunately we are not able to reproduce the issue on our test devices.
