Could you please provide more information.
Please provide a specific example of an incorrect availability status? For instance, a specific charger ID, the time you observed the status, what the status was at that time (e.g., AVAILABLE), and what you expected it to be (e.g., CHARGING).

Hey @Ella ABRP! Sorry for getting back to you so late. It’s basically all of their chargers (it’s a network wide issue) but here’s one example.
It happens all the time. The status shown by abrp seems to be completely unrelated to the chargers current situation. It might show that one charger is occupied even though it might be empty or almost full.
The way I verify this is by comparing what ABRP is saying to what their official website shows.
Oh also, I just checked when this comment was added, I don’t seem to be getting any kind of notifications about comments appearing on my posts so sorry for the deplay again.

Our data provider asked;
“Could the user provide a specific example of an incorrect availability status? For instance, they could tell us a specific charger ID, the time they observed the status, what the status was at that time (e.g., AVAILABLE), and what the official website expects it to be (e.g., CHARGING).”
It’s of course alright with us if you provide an ABRP link to a charger, we could then locate the ID of it.

Seems like the live data is working correctly now ever since I've reported the issue so I don't have any chargers or extra info to report.
Before we close the issue, could they have a look at this duplicate?
We already have an entry with the correct charger info and live data here. No idea how it got there but it doesn't seem to be from OpenChargeMap or GoingElectric.
