Pedestrian streets with cars allowed

Hi, I have noticed ABRP avoid planning through pedestrian streets, where cars on walking speed are allowed.
You can try out with Pedestrian street “Ved fjorden” in city “Struer” in Denmark where I live.
It fight it by all means to avoid this street.
If I try with other navigation systems they have no issue on such streets and I have checked the attributes in OSM and it is set to “All traffic allowed” on the street mentioned above.
