Out of date map data

I use ABRP on three devices, PC, laptop, phone. when on my phone (android), I can define my home. On my laptop, I cannot. The search engine there for my home - a new home in a new development - does not find it. The ABRP map does not show the street. The street is Lotus Ave, O’Fallon, IL, USA. It’s odd that one device finds it and the other does not.
