Optionally only use OBD when Android Auto/CarPlay is used

I'm aware of the security issues leaving the OBD dongle in the car. However, I have discovered that the VW ID.4 (SW version 2.3) has some protection. If one use the ABRP app (or other OBD apps) outside the locked car, it will trigger the car alarm.

This is a good thing, but it also have a big negative issue. You can't use the ABRP app near your locked car. There are several cases when this can happen, for people that has their car parked just outside their home, if you take a break on a trip, and so on.

Suggestion: please add a setting for the car, "Only use OBD when connected to Android Auto / Carplay".

With such a setting, at least users of Android Auto / Carplay will be able to automatically use OBD with cars with similar protection as the VW ID.4 (SW version 2.3).
