I keep seeing response that this feature already exists but I don't see it in the app on my phone or in the app on my car. I only see charge around this area.

ABRP already has the ability to this by adding a charger to a saved location. The option is a bit tricky to find… You get there either by choosing the edit option from the list of saved destinations when you’re selecting a destination or by clicking on a destination, then selecting Open Details, clicking on the heart icon after which you’ll see the “Charger at this location” switch.
That said, I’ve never had ABRP seem to take one of my “home chargers” into account.
