Optimize routing based on if EV config says trailer attached or not

If an EV config is marked to have a trailer attached, ABRP should automatically favor trailer friendly charging stops, especially pull-though.

And regardless, it should calculate route charging time by estimating extra time for decoupling and coupling trailer, if a charging stop is not pull-through (which would automatically favor pull-through spots if for no other reason than extra time spent at charger to decouple and couple).
