"Ops! One or more addresses could not be found"

Bug Reports

When I open a plan that I saved from the desktop (7.0.1) in my phone (7.0.1) or my car (6.1.3) I get “Ops! One or more addresses could not be found”.

And one or more of the waypoints are completely wrong.


This happens with the two plans I tried so far.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hello @Martin Gregory,

    Please provide a link to the plan where this occurs. To do this;

    1. Plan the trip in ABRP

    2. Click/tap: ‘Share plan’

    3. Click/tap: ‘Share ABRP link’

    4. Paste the URL here

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please exclude private addresses and the use of ‘my position’, home, work, etc., from the plan you post here publicly.

        Does this happen for every single plan that you create or only these two specifically?

          I would also like to ask if you know which addresses that are being affected and does not show up in the plan when wanting to drive? If you know them, please write them down here for us.

            I tried another one made on the desktop.. it also happened. I can load plans saved on my phone back into my phone

              Does this issue still occur when trying with the latest version released?

                I now have 7.0.4 on desktop and phone and this does not occur between them anymore..

                I have 7.0.4 in the car and I don’t get oops anymore either. Instead, the app in the car crashes when I start to “drive”. The window first refreshes completely (IE it plans, shows the plan and initial view, then redraws all that) then freezes completely.
