Opening ABRP should not always wake up the Tesla as it queries the API for SoC, temperature, etc

I've found that ABRP always queries when launching. The app should give an option to query for live data or not during a session.

Especially when I just want to plan a route without live data yet I want to keep the car sleeping to not increase its battery drain.
