Number of stalls available not appearing

Past few trips I’ve noticed that the number of stalls available at different charging locations are not showing up in the app and it just says unavailable. I’ve reviewed my filters and settings and nothing seems to help. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    Can you please take a screen shot of how it look and also give me a link to one of the chargers? Click at the charger on the map and then Share ABRP link.
