Odd routing

I’ve planned a route the end of which I regularly drive and am getting a fail to plan, which is odd as even with 75% at the last rapid I know I can make it and has been previously planned successfully. Anyway with a bit of trial and error I’ve worked out where the issue is with the linked plan

The plan has a start and finish which are really close together. With the plan as it is the route is a 106 mile loop. If you reverse the plan it is 200 yards!
