OBDLink CX not connecting

I’m trying to connect ABRP to my OBDLink CX and the app finds the device, gives me the first two green check marks on the connection screen and the fails on the third one. It gives me an error message that says: β€œBLE connection established, but we failed to connect to your car.”

Then it gave me a link to come here to report a bug.

What do I do?
