Obdlink cx does not work in the app

In my vw e-crafter the obdlink cx does not connect with the app, how can i fix this?

I also need to fill evryting but idk what?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hello @ABRP User #2750109,

    We do not have OBD connection for the VW e-Crafter yet and you will need to send in a request for us to add it.
