OBD2 dongle don't keep paired

Hi,
I have a Vgate iCar pro OBD2 (bt4 version) dongle.
I known on each start the car the dongle is need to be plugged because the dongle active deep sleep.
So after that, I unplug and I plug the dongle on the car.

But ABRP app don't find the dongle.
on each start, I must unlink the dongle inside the app and pair it again.
The dongle propose 2 connection.
Vgate iphone
Vgate Android
I use Vgate iphone because Vgate Android connection don't working inside the app.

The dongle is not paired by setting phone but directly by the app.

Can you help?
