OBD Connection Problems

Dear team,

I am writing to request technical assistance regarding a connection error when trying to link ABRP with an OBD dongle for real-time data extraction.

I have attempted to establish the connection using the vLinker MC+ and iCar Pro devices, without success. I am attaching an image of the error message received for your review. Additionally, I would like to mention that I am currently trying to establish communication via an active API connection, in case this factor could be interfering with the process.
