OBD Adapter connection

on a longer drive I used the OBD Adapter in my Enyaq, which lead to the system tilting. All helpful systems broke down. this maybe due to the fact that the app frequently communicated with the system. Is there a way to fix this on your side_

Or to address this with Skoda/VW?
