Non existent chargers

We were using ABRP traveling through Kentucky. Our first planned charging stop was at a Don Franklin Ford dealership in London KY. ABRP said it was open to all vehicles. Unlike other Don Franklin dealerships with chargers this one did not accept credit cards and could only be used via the Shell app (as we don't drive a Ford). We were unable to download the Shell app, too slow loading to be feasible. It was taking over a minute for a single percent to download. So we drove on to Somerset. ABRP said there was one at Frances Motors. No such place existed. Finally made it to a charge point at Don Franklin Hyundai in Somerset. Our suggestion is that you provide an option on the app to immediately notify you when a charger doesn't exist, and an option to mention that some chargers are not as open to general users as your app says they are.
