  The problem is the aaos app not the cell phone app

  Can you check your phone settings that “Voice Guidance” and “route directions” are on. Depending on your Android model, it might have a different name so please check this by searching your model and voice command.
  Does the voice commands work with other navigation apps such as Google Maps, Apple or Waze?
