No valid plan found - this is the besty attempt

I am getting the above error on my iPhone, iPad and Laptop PC. I have signed out and get the same error. I have looked at every setting I can think of that may cause this issue with no luck.

If I put in a destination of just the city, it seems to work ok. But errors when I pout in an address (any address).
