No valid plan found, fixed changing the minimal soc at charger even if arrival soc is higher.

When I try to plan my trip, I get a "No valid plan found":

But if I set a minimum soc of 40% manually (which does not change anything as I should arrive with 44%), then a valid plan is found:

I am a little bit surprised, because I have now more "No valid plan found" since I'm premium.
Did I mess-up something in my config?
(going to Long Beach also gives "No valid plan found").
