No Scrollbar when saving with "replace existing plan"

On Galaxy Tab A9+ when using "Save plan" and "replace existing plan", there is no Scrollbar to scroll down the list of existing plans.
When using Browser on Windows Notebook, there is a Scrollbar and it's possible to scroll down through all existing saved plans (see Screenshots)
