Still not working for me. No plan possible, even when manually setting the charge to 100% and asking it to go a very short distance. Also won’t connect to the car, last valid connection 10 days ago. Big trip planned for this Friday, really need it working.

Have you tried to log out and in from your account. If that does not work delete the app and install it again.
If that doesn't work either, I need to pass it on to a colleague because then something has happened to your account, but since it works on the web, one of these should solve the problem.

Interestingly when I went to log out, nothing happened. Deleting and reinstalling the app has worked though.
