No OBD2 connection with the Vgate iCar Pro BLE4.0

Android app there is no connection possible with my Renault Megane E Tech. The last step of the connection fails. No SOC state or something like this.

ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Firstly, please check this article I cannot seem to link my vehicle via OBD. What can I do?

      Hi @Ella ABRP,

      I check the article and couldn't find anything that would block the connection via OBD2 I use the recommended Vgate iCar Pro BLE4.0. but the last step on the connection seems to fail. If I use a App Like Car scanner for example all data are available.
