No new routing possible

I dod one planning. Sins then I have no chance to generate a new plan. There is now restart or X button. Manually I can’t clear out the starting and the final destination. To do it over the web, I get a black screen. Delete the app and install it new dont works. For what I payed here. This app don’t works at all.
