No mouse function when logged in

Starting yesterday I cannot use the mouse to navigate any menus within ABRP. this happens on multiple browsers. ABRP works fine if I log out. Ths mobile app seems OK. (Android). If I manage to keyboard activate the Logoud pop-up, the mouse does function normally for items in that window, even prior to logging out. All other Chrome and Edge browser windows work normally. Once I log out the program and mouse function work normally.
