    Hi @Paul Mackey,

I’ve checked the vehicles on your account. It looks like they’ve previously been linked because there’s a calibrated reference consumption value. Thus, we’re still counting it as having live data and not displaying the buttons.

Could you clarify which version you’re currently using? You’ll find the exact version number at the bottom of the settings menu.

I think I tried to set up live data but was never able to complete the process (can’t recall the hurdle). Certainly it is not live updating and needs manual adjusting.

    Hi @reinewald,

Which vehicle does this concern? If the vehicle uses a live data connection the manual adjustment buttons shouldn’t be shown/necessary.

Mercedes EQC. No Live data connection, so I need the buttons :-)

I see. It looks like it’s previously been linked because there’s a calibrated reference consumption value. Thus, we’re still counting it as having live data and not displaying the buttons.

Do you want to link the vehicle? Otherwise, I’d simply create a new vehicle copy without live data and plan with it instead.
