No Live Data from KGM Torres EVX via OBD

The software on my Torres EVX, which was working properly, suddenly malfunctioned. It is unable to read the battery status; when connected to live data, it consistently shows a battery level of 3%. I urgently request your assistance.
Where does this happen?

    Have you tried doing a new reconnection to your vehicle? Is it showing the 3% battery level on the ABRP display in your car? Are there any ways for you to make a refresh of the software in your Torres EVX since you mention it malfunctioning?

      The same problem here. It started with when you added OBD support to 80.6 version of KGM Torres EVX. Live data via Android Auto shows correct value but OBD connection shows 2%. I deleted the vehicle and re-added but problem continues.

    Thanks for reporting! We recently changed the OBD command for the Torres SoC, but this seems to apply only for newer model years. What model year is your vehicle?

      Hi, for my vehicle which is kgm Torres evx 2025 80.6kwh version now it reads SOC correctly
