No ionity charger chosen

It doesent work anymore to get preferred charger if I put in Ionity cahrger, No charger from 8 charger was Ionity it worked fine last week all the charger was ionity for the same plan.
even though I chose that and ticked the preffered chargerLast week it worked and the same plan chose only Ionity charger. When I chose my car. a Skoda eniaq
it says 50kW charger it is 150kw charger!
