No driving history

My driving history has been saved regularly and I have been able to review it. Today when I open the app, there is no driving history available for any day, the blue and green dots initially appear on the calendar to show activity, when I tap on any day, it says no driving history available, then when going back to the calendar the activity dots are gone. If I close the calendar and re-open it, the activity dots are there again, but still no driving history for any day. Tried exporting a month of data, and it says no history to export, despite having viewed this data earlier in the week, it is now not there
