No car location tracking

Hi

I've been using for awhile now with the premium version and dongle for live data to the app, it's been fine until the past few days we're when you put the route in, it gets the cars location but the just stays in that location when you drive it doesn't dollo the car live location. I've cleared all data and cache, uninstalled and reinstalled restarted phone unlinked dongle and relinked but still not following cars location. Thought it maybe a signal thing but Google maps works fine and follows car location whilst driving any help would be grateful.
