No Bluetooth link with OBD dongle

Can not make a Bluetooth link with my OBD dongle, it does not even show as a device in the live data settings. My car is a 2026 Ford E-courier van.

    Hello @ABRP User #3170275,

    The vehicle does not have OBD as an option currently, only Car Scanner is available to select. Please proceed with connecting through this to get live data.

    If it is Car Scanner that you are having issues with, please specify this for us aswell.
