No audio for navigation

Since last update I am getting no audio for navigation. I can notice the radio in the car being muted down to give priority to navigaion but no voice comes out. I checked volume levels in the car I checked volume levels in the phone and made sure no "do bot disturb is on". I checked ABRP to make sure correct voice is selected. When I click on test, no sound comes out. So my conclusion is the app is broken.

    Which voice do you have selected for Czech language? “Zuzana”?

      I don't see any names associated with languages, just codes. In this case cs-cz-x-jfs-local. But I found the problem. Google’s text to speech for some reason deleted it’s language library. After redownloading it, it’s working again.

    I have found the issue. When I switched language to English voic is working. But my local language (Czech) bo longer works.
