No adress and no EV connection

It’s not working; it doesn’t find an adress and ev connection is also not working. Worthless

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Is it on CarPlay or Android auto?

    Does the app work on your phone?

    You can’t search for any address?

    What kind of live data connection do you use?
