New Interface is tough to navigate on web

The older interface had an easy way to scroll everything instead of grabbing a page, pulling it down and such. Plus, the pervious version had the side bar showing you everything was fantastic. Made it quicker plus you can expand it and such. This new interface makes everything take way too much effort to do simple tasks. Is there any way to go back for us? Thanks
