New ETIA network of chargers in Argentina. No added from OCM

Many day ago I add all chargers of new network of chargers called ETIA in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in OCM website.
I wait several days to these new chargers appear in ABRP.
But still don’t show any of these 15 new chargers.
Also I report for more than 45 days changes in 4 chargers in Buenos Aires. All OK in all another platforms (OCM, Plugshare, Carregados from Brazil, etc…) But in ABRP don’t.
I report from OCM, App, ABRP Web version and after 45 days is still missing these changes.
Buenos Aires a new in electric vehicles. I’m premium user of ABRP and think is an excellent tool to calculate routes. But with bad chargers information result in a bad route. I use Apple Maps, Waze and Google Maps as GPS to destination because ABRP have errors in chargers.
Please add chargers from OCM and fixes chargers information reported.

We already import chargers from OCM, but new additions in OCM will both need approval in OCM and then wait for the next import date from OCM to ABRP. I’d therefore say we just need to wait a little longer for the new additions to appear in ABRP.
Regarding reports sent from the ABRP app, I can’t directly comment on this without knowing which data source the chargers came from. But I do know that we receive many locations in South America from OCM - in that case, the best approach is to make edits directly in OCM.
If the charger was fetched from a different source, the report from the ABRP app is sent to them for handling.
Feel free to link some examples of the additions in OCM or the reported chargers in ABRP.

When I made my publish all chargers was approved in OCM. I usually report for OCM, Plugshare and Carregados from Brazil. All my sources are own applications of networks of chargers. I use many of them in Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil when make a road trip. All chargers for new ETIA Network was added to ABRP today. But I still waiting for 4 chargers reported 18 day ago with no changes in ABRP. That was reported 2 times using this site.
I make changes in OCM and others without delay same day is reported in many apps of chargers in these three countries.

The reason why changing the data in OCM doesn’t work here is because the data in ABRP does not come from OCM.
Issue reports for chargers sent through the ABRP app (by clicking the ‘report issue’ button at the bottom of the charger details page - NOT this public feedback portal/Featurebase) are sent to the data source.
After the report is sent, we can only await their processing time.
