New charging stops option - less anxiety

Provide an option that gives you enough range to get to the next charger, if a proposed charger is out of service. The options now are "Few but Long", "Quickest Arrival" and "Short but many." What I want is to maximize my chance of even getting to the destination. Not by always charging to 100% of course, which would be really slow, but providing enough buffer that I can make it to another station.
