Never ending alternative route and locking up

I have sent several reports between oh 800 08, 34 on the 27th December. These all show that the app will offer me alternatives every time. I rotate the screen from portrait to landscape and this is this by clicking on the rest of the drive Option to stop these notifications. That doesn’t work screen is awesome. The app only seems to work with the phone in portrait mode. Where is my phone press in a slot in landscape mode. I’m paying for a really buggy which is a shame because it does work really well predicting battery percentages and ranges. I just persevere with it to work through the bugs.
