Negative value for reference consumption

I’ve been using ABRP for about one year now, without any issue. Since the last month, it’s impossible to plan any trip because the reference consumption of my car has a negative value and ABRP gives an unrealistic estimates of charge values at the arrival. My car is a Nissan Ariya connected by Enode and the app is running on Android. I tried to set the value manually, but ABRP doesn’t accept it ( label gets red ). Any hint to solve this ?

    Hi Linda, thanks for your reply. I was looking for a workaround. I cancelled my car and uninstalled ABRP. Then, on a fresh installation, I created my car again. This time it seems to work correctly, but I haven't had many chances to test it on a real long trip. Anyway, I guess that probably there isn't enough data to compute the reference consumption from the car, because the 200 Wh/km doesn't change if I press the button with the capital A. By the way, doesn't that button have different graphics (a car)? Did you do some kind of update?

    Hi

    We started looking at your car but it seems that you have deleted it and added a. new one. I can see that you are connected to Enode and the reference consumption is not negative now. Does everything work?
