Need stability connecting with vehicule

I've connected ABRP to my Cupra born application but it keeps on deconnecting making the range prediction more difficult

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    Your car should have a high reliability. Do you mean that the live data symbol turns red during the drive?

      Hi, yes it turns red than back to green etc… also, even when green, the battery percentage is off by 1 or 2% which is strange as it’s supposed to be connected.

        The symbol turns red when the data is older than 5 mins but it’s still connected. 1-2% difference is normal.
