Navigation taking weird routes/avoiding a road like the plague

Hi,

I’m regularly driving to a horse riding training ground, but ABRP seems to have a way different idea of the ideal route than what all the other route planners have:

All ~45 Minutes, uses B28:

This goes so far that even if I have ABRP up on Android Auto and drive via the B28 it will never adjust the route to use this road. It will select random roads close to me to tell me to go back to a different path.

I checked through the roads on OSM and I couldn’t find anything that would cause this.

Can you please assist? Because like this it’s useless for this route I need to take regularly.

    The B28 is now open in our app so your plan is working now.

    Thank you for that update. It would be good to know about supposed road closures within the app/website, had I seen that info, I would’ve been able to report faulty traffic information.

    Note: Without live traffic it does route properly, yes.

    Hi

    The B28 is closed in the map system we use. We will see if they can change it. The plan should work if you disable live traffic.

    Is there anything I can help to fix this? It’s seriously bad.

    I just tried setting up a route with waypoints to see where the issue along the route is…

    Not sure what I can do here as no other routing software has this issue.
