Navigating Flaw Jackson, WY to Cheyenne WY

Instead of taking I-80 through Rock Springs to Cheyenne, it wants me to go through Grand Teton down Highway 26 and 287. If I cross check with Google Maps, it correctly navigates me down I-80. The issue appears to be around Creston Junction WY, there is work on I-80 so Eastbound route is closed, but they have a detour which takes you on the service road Eastbound and pops you back on I-80.
