Navigating Flaw Jackson, WY to Cheyenne WY

Instead of taking I-80 through Rock Springs to Cheyenne, it wants me to go through Grand Teton down Highway 26 and 287. If I cross check with Google Maps, it correctly navigates me down I-80. The issue appears to be around Creston Junction WY, there is work on I-80 so Eastbound route is closed, but they have a detour which takes you on the service road Eastbound and pops you back on I-80.

Where does this happen?

    The plan seems to work for us, it could be due to an occasional error during the time of creating the plan. Please look into this plan and see that it is what you prefer:

      Thank you for the reply.

      I’ve checked the route and I believe the problem is the route link given is Westbound from Cheyenne to Jackson.

      The issue is Eastbound. I-80 Westbound has no road closure. Only Eastbound. If you reverse the trip the issue, remains.

      The point may be moot because the closure Eastbound will lift today.

        You are correct with reverse trip that this issue persists. I will have to check our data provider information about this and will let you know how it looks. Thanks for noticing the issue!

    I’ve shown the best route. One option is going down to Rock Springs and then back up through Lander WY lol
