My first time using it, my first trip. Navigation crash.

I took my first long trip. The outbound leg went reasonably well. On the return leg, it suddenly threw an error claiming the trip was impossible; it displayed the remaining route as a dashed blue line and left me stranded in a traffic jam on a Madrid ring road with 14% battery remaining. The error kept recurring whenever I tried to recalculate the route.

Waze came to the rescue.

I’m on the verge of cancelling my subscription.

Navigation improvements:

This shouldn't happen. It was a day with heavy traffic in Madrid—lots of jams, routes, and options. I suspect a buffer overflow occurred. It’s important to identify and fix this.

I need a button that says "show me 5–10 chargers ahead of me on my route or nearby"—not just "in the surrounding area."
