I'm trying to download My drives for administrative purposes. However, the process almost always gets stuck with a spinning wheel on the Exporting button (indicating that it is working on it). However long I wait, the file never downloads.
This morning I did manage to get one download after trying several times, but for other periods it's not working.
I also tried a couple more times last week without any luck. I’ve tried downloading for a year or a month, but that doesn’t seem to make a difference. The one time it dit work was for a download from 1/1/2025 to today. Now trying several times for 2024, but no luck.
I’ve tried it on web (Firefox on Windows) and in the app, but always the same result.
In the website and app I do see that drives and charges have been recorded.
It looks as if your server gets overloaded even by a relatively small data query.
I’ve seen several posts, questions and bug reports here, but all seem to have been closed without any further action or real problem resolution.
Could you please check out what's wrong and fix it?
