My ABRP app and Toyota 2026 bZ XLE AWD are connecting only once an hour

Hi there, I don’t know if this is normal, but it looks like the app only updates every hour or so with my car’s charge status. I also get these images in the corner of the app on the screen that looks like it’s not connected at all?

I was under the impression that once I connected my app and car via enode that the charge status would be updated on the app every few minutes. I knew it wasn’t continuous but I thought it was supposed to be every 3-5 minutes.

Can someone please advise? Thank you!
