My 2024 Ioniq 5 has a standard-range 58–54 kWh NMC battery, but the app shows it as an LFP battery and the charging speed appears slow. This needs to be corrected.
As far as I can see, the 2024 Ioniq 5 has 58 kWh NMC battery. Can you please verify and, if there is indeed a mismatch, please show me where you see this exactly.

I opened the ticket, it showed LFP (Light Freezing Fee), but I think it's fixed now and I don't see any problems. Thank you.
